By making a purchase, you acknowledge that virtual currency is consumed instantly upon use and cannot be recovered once spent.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@billiondollarslots.com within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your registered email address
    • The date of purchase
    • The order ID (from your purchase confirmation email)
    • The reason for the refund request
  3. Wait for our response. We typically respond within 2 business days.

If approved, refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com back to your original payment method.

5. Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

6. Unauthorized Purchases
